黄芩提取物治疗糖尿病大鼠的胃轻瘫

摘　　要：目的探讨黄芩提取物对糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)大鼠胃推进功能的影响。方法建立大鼠DGP模型并口服相应的药物,再检测各组大鼠的胃内残留率、离体胃条的收缩情况,并分别用TBA比色法和黄嘌呤氧化酶法检测大鼠胃组织中的丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果黄芩提取物可改善DGP大鼠的胃排空,黄芩组大鼠的胃内残留率较模型组的低(P<0.05),其离体胃条自主收缩幅度较模型组的大(P<0.05),且胃组织中的MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05)、SOD活性升高(P<0.05)。结论黄芩提取物对大鼠DGP有一定的改善作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of extracts of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi on gastric motility of rats with diabetic gastroparesis. METHODS The rats were given intervention to make the rat diabetic model. The rate of stomach remain and contractive function of gastral tissue in vitro of all rats were measured. The malondialdelyde content and superoxide dismutase activity were meas- ured respectively by TBA colorimetric method and Xanthine oxidase method. RESULTS The effect of extracts of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi promoted the gastric emptying. The rates of remained contents in the rat stomaches in extracts group was lower than that of the model group（P 〈 0.05 ）. The resting contractive amplitude of extracts group was higher than that of the model group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The content of MDA in extracts group was lower than that of model group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The activity of SOD in extracts group was obviously higher than that of the model group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. CONCLUSION The extracts of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi had the function of promoting the recovery of DGP.
