摘 要:目的研究银莲花素A在大鼠肝脏的代谢产物。方法采用薄层色谱和质谱鉴别银莲花素A在大鼠肝匀浆中的主要代谢产物。结果银莲花素A在大鼠肝匀浆中主要得到水解产物3-O-[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖]齐墩果酸、齐墩果酸;经苯巴比妥诱导后的肝中水解产物量减少,主要产物可能是水解产物经还原后与甘氨酸的结合产物。结论银莲花素A在普通大鼠肝匀浆中主要发生水解反应,在经苯巴比妥诱导的肝匀浆中主要发生还原反应。OBJECTIVE To elucidate the metabolism of raddeanin A in liver of rats. METHODS The main metabolites of raddeanin A in homogenized liver samples of rats were identified by TLC and MS. RESULTS The main metabolites of raddeanin A were produced by hydrolysis in homogenized liver samples. The main metabolites might be produced by reduction and fixation reactions in homogenized liver induced by Phenobarbita. CONCLUSION The main metabolites are of raddeanin A hydrolysates in normal homogenized liver while they are reductant products in homogenized liver induced by Phenobarbital.
