摘  要:本文在56套成人腰骶椎骨胳标本上,观测了腰椎间关节的立体方位和运动节段的稳定三角。腰椎间关节的方位自上而下,由近矢状位逐渐过渡为近冠状位;运动节段的稳定三角的重心,自上而下依次后移;从而使腰部脊柱的稳定性自上而下依次降低,而灵活性则逐渐增加。The stereoscopic orientation of the lumbar zygapophyseal joints and the stability triangle of the motion segments were studied on 56 sets of adult lumbosacral skeletons. The orientation of the lumbar zygapophyseal joints changed gradually from about sagittal plane in upper segment to about coronal in lower. The gravity center of the stability triangle of the motion segments moved backward from upper to ower progressively. Therefore, the stability of lumbar spine decreases and the mobility increases successively from upper downward.
