摘 要:汽轮机组在顺序阀方式运行时,投入一次调频后,在阀门行程重叠度范围有时会引起阀门大幅晃动。本文根据DEH逻辑及参数分析了阀门晃动的根本原因,提出在重叠度范围略微减弱流量-阀位曲线斜率较大的阀门一次调频能力,在总体上保证一次调频的幅度和精度满足电网要求。仿真试验结果表明,在CCS+DEH联合调频方式下,优化后可大大降低阀门晃动幅度,提高了汽轮机组的安全稳定性。The governing valve will bring the big fluctuation after enabling primary frequency regulation when the turbine generators are running at sequence valve. By analyzing the basic reason of fluctuation based on DEH logic and parameters, the paper presents an optimal scheme, which by adjusting the valve of large slope oft'low-position curve to reduce its value, the fluctuation can be eliminated efficiently. Depth and precision of primary frequency regulation is satisfied with power system as a whole. The result of simulation test shows that the method can greatly reduce valve fluctuation and improve safety and stabilization of turbine generators.
