摘 要:研究了回火工艺对海洋石油平台专用H型钢(55C钢)轧制组织与性能的影响,以探索产生稳定组织和力学性能的粗轧工艺参数。试验结果表明,55C钢具有较高的回火稳定性,中低温度回火后将获得均匀细小的铁素体晶粒和良好的力学性能。试验钢之所以具有良好的强韧性组合和较高的回火稳定性与采用钒氮微合金化和"第三代TMCP"控轧工艺有关。优化控制轧制工艺参数和高温区低温度、大形变量的粗轧,将大幅度提高55C钢的综合力学性能特别是强度性能,是防止钢在使用过程中发生"自然时效"的有效途径。The effect of tempering process on the microstructures and mechanical properties of special H-beam steel (55C) for offshore drilling platform were studied after rolling in order to probe into rough rolling process parameters which will be able to produce stable microstructures and mechanical properties. The experimental rasults show that 55C steel will possess higher resistance to tempering and obtain uniform and fine ferrite grains and excellent mechanical properties after being tempered at medium and low temperatures. The good combination of strength with toughness and the higher resistance to tempering are attributed to V-N microalloying and rational "third goneration of TMCP" control rolling process for investigated 55C steel. The optimization of control rolling process parameters and rough rolling at a lower temperature of high temperature zone with large defromation rate will make the mechanical properties of 55C steel enhanced greatly, especially its strength, and that may be an effective way to prevent the steel from "natural aging" in the service.
