摘  要:对2Cr13不锈钢在530℃进行了5 h离子渗氮;采用自行设计的旋转冲蚀磨损装置研究了经离子渗氮的2Cr13不锈钢在液-固两相介质中的冲蚀行为;通过球-盘磨损试验研究了离子渗氮对2Cr13钢耐磨性能的影响;测定了试样表面的显微硬度和冲蚀失重,并用扫描电镜观察分析了冲蚀和磨损后试样表面的形貌。结果表明,离子渗氮可显著提高2Cr13不锈钢的表面硬度和耐磨性,但由于氮化铬在渗氮层中的析出,损耗了铬,从而显著降低钢的耐冲蚀性能。2Cr13 stainless steel was ion nitrided at 530 ℃ for 5 h. The erossion-corrosion behavior of ion-nitrided 2Cr13 stainless steel in a liquid-solid medium was studied by using self-designed rotating apparatus. The effect of ion-nitriding on the wear resistance of 2Cr13 stainless steel was investigated through the agency of a ball-disk abrasion tester. The surface microhardness and wear loss of ion-nitrided samples were measured. The surface morphology of sample after being worn and eroded was observed under SEM. The results show that the ion-nitriding will considerably improve on surface hardness and wearability of 2Cr13 stainless steel, but will reduce its erosion resistance because of the chromium depletion derived from the precipitation of CrN in the nitrided case.
