摘 要:利用燃烧法制备得到了Gd_(0.98)LuTb_(0.02)O_3纳米陶瓷粉体。在不加任何添加剂和烧结助剂的情况下,粉体采用干压和等静压成型。研究了烧结温度和烧结时间对陶瓷的致密化和晶粒长大过程的影响。在此研究的基础上调整烧结制度,于1 750℃真空烧结6h制备得到了Gd_(0.98)LuTb_(0.02)O_3透明陶瓷。厚度为0.2mm的透明陶瓷在可见光区的透过率高于70%,相对密度达到99.8%。该透明陶瓷在X射线激发下发射出黄绿光,发射主峰位于540 nm,对应于Tb^(3+)的~5D_4→~7F_5跃迁。Nano-scaled Gd0.98LuTb0.02O3 ceramic powders were prepared by the combustion method. Without the addition of any additives or sintering agents, the powders were molded after appropriate dry-pressing and isostatic-pressing. The effects of the sintering temperature and the sintering time on the densification and the grain growth process of Gd0.98LuTb0.02O3 ceramics were investigated. Based on the acquired research results, the sintering process was adjusted, and Gd0.98LuTb0.02O3 transparent optical ceramics were obtained after sintering at 1 750℃ for 6 h. The transparent ceramics of Gd0.98LuTb0.02O3 show a transmittance of over 70% across 0.2 mm and a relative density of 99.8%. The ceramics emitted a strong yellowish green light with the main peak at 540 nm excited by X-ray, corresponding to the ^5D4→^7F5 of Tb^3+ transition.
