608份胆汁标本中分离细菌菌谱及其药敏结果分析  被引量:7

Isolated Bacterial Spectrum from 608 Bile Specimen and Analysis of Their Medicine Sensitivity Results

摘  要:了解胆系感染常见的病原菌及其药敏情况,为抗菌治疗提供依据。采用法国生物梅里埃公司的VITEK-2及API系统进行细菌鉴定,药敏试验采用K-B纸片法,应用WHONET5.4对药敏结果进行分析。608份胆汁标本中共分离细菌和真菌431株,其中革兰阴性杆菌320株(占74.2%)、革兰阳性球菌91株(占21.1%)、真菌20株(占4.6%);排在前3位的菌株分别是大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和铜绿假单胞菌。胆系感染以革兰阴性杆菌为主,尤以肠杆菌科细菌为主,上述细菌对碳青霉烯类、酶抑制剂类以及三代头孢菌素的敏感率均较高。In order to learn common pathogens in biliary system and their medicine sensitivity to provide foundation for antibiotic treatment, VITEK-2 and API system by France Bio Merieux Company were adopted to identify the bacteria, and adopted Kirby-Bauer method for the medicine sensitivity test and finally WHONET 5.4 was used to analyze the results of the medicine sensitivities. The results showed that 431 strains of bacteria and fungi isolated from 608 biliary specimen 302 strains were Gram-negative bacilli (74.2%) , 91 strains were Gram-positive cocci (21.1% ) , and fungi 20 strains (4.6%). Among them the top three were E. coli, K. pneumoniae, and P. aeruginosa. Therefore, Gram-negative baeilli were main bacteria in biliary system infection, especially bacteria of Enterobacteriaeeae. They had fairly high sensitivity rate to earbapenems, enzyme inhibitor, and the third generation of eephalosporin.
