胶质瘤中FGFR1OP和PTEN的表达及临床意义(英文)

摘　　要：探讨FGFR1OP和PTEN在胶质瘤中的表达情况和临床意义。选取54例胶质瘤手术切除标本,采用SP法进行免疫组织化学染色。FGFR1OP和PTEN的阳性表达率分别为85.2%和48.1%,且随着胶质瘤的恶性程度不同表现出明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。FGFR1OP的高表达与PTEN的低表达可能参与胶质瘤的生长分化和进展,并提示预后不良。Our subject is to determine the clinical significance of FGFR1OP and PTEN expression levels in glioma. By using SP immunohistochemical method, FGFR1OP and PTEN in biopsy specimens from 54 glioma patients were examined. The results displayed 66.7% positive rate for FGFR1OP while 48.1% positive rate for PTEN. And gliomas with different malignant degrees showed distinct expression levels of FGFRI OP and PTEN with statistically signifi- cant differences （P 〈 0. 05）. The high FGFR1OP and lower PTEN expressions were probably involved in differentiation and development of glioma and implyed unfavourable prognosis.
