摘  要:在不同季节利用叶绿素荧光分析技术对浙江杭州西郊阳坡、平地、阴坡三种立地条件下生长的雷竹的叶绿素荧光参数进行测定和分析。结果表明,不同立地条件下,雷竹林的光合有效辐射(PAR)、叶面温度、相对叶绿素含量(SPAD)、叶绿素荧光参数差异显著,且都存在一定的变化规律;实际光化学量子产量(ΦPSII)、PSII实际光化学效率(Fv′/Fm′)、表观光合电子传递速率(ETR)均存在明显的日变化和季节变化规律,其中Fv′/Fm′、ΦPSII均呈先下降后上升的"V"型分布,在中午强光下降到一天中的最低值,ETR则呈先上升后下降的趋势,在中午达到一天的峰值;林地覆盖与经营时间对叶绿素荧光参数影响显著,经覆盖处理后,雷竹的SPAD、ΦPSII、Fv′/Fm′均显著提高。The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Phyllostachys praecox of different tillage methods and cultivation periods in sunny slop, flat ground and shady slope those three different site conditions in different seasons were tested and analyzed. The results showed that the PAR, leaf temperature, relative chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of P. praecox in different conditions were significantly different and respectively had a certain change law; chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, such as ФPSII,Fv'/Fm'and ETR had obvious daily variation regularities and seasonal variation regularities, among them the Fv'/Fm', ФPSII were "V" types whose minimums appeared at midday, but the ETR was opposite, whose maximum appeared at midday. The cultivation period and forest cover had significant influences on the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters. After P. praecox was covered, its SPAD, ФPSII and Fv'/Fm' increased significantly.
