摘  要:通过分析盐分胁迫下巨尾桉幼苗的生长与生理特性变化,研究巨尾桉的耐盐性。结果表明,盐分胁迫对巨尾桉苗高、地径生长以及叶片质膜透性、脯氨酸含量和可溶性糖含量等生理指标的影响达显著或极显著水平。巨尾桉苗高、地径均随盐浓度增加而减少,当盐分浓度达到0.6%时,巨尾桉的生长受到了极大地抑制;叶片质膜透性随着盐浓度增大而增大,而脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量随盐浓度的增大而减少,叶绿素含量在处理30 d内变化不显著。The salt tolerance of Eucalyptus grandis × E. urophylla was studied by analyzing the seedling growth and physiological characteristics. The results showed that, the effects of salt stress on height, ground diameter, leaf membrane permeability, prolne contents and soluble sugar content of E. grandis x E. urophylla seedling were significant or extremely significant. The height and ground diameter were decreasing with the salt concentration increasing, especially under 0.6% concentration, the growth of E. grandis × E. urophylla had been extreinely significantly inhibited. Leaf membrane permeability was increased with the salt concentration increasing, but proline and soluble sugar content reduced as the salt concentration increased. The effect on the chlorophyll content was insignificant within the thirty days of treatment.
