摘　　要：根据雷公藤的生物学、生态学和资源学特性,提出以速生性和高药用成分含量为选育目标,以地理种源研究为基础,采取基础研究与现实应用相结合、常规育种与分子育种相结合、有性育种与无性利用相结合的育种策略,论述了雷公藤种质资源的收集保存、种源试验、无性系育种、杂交育种、诱变育种、分子育种及良种繁育等技术规范。According to biology, ecology and resource science of Tripterygium wilfordii, the breeding objective was suggested, base on high growth and high iatric component; and the breeding strategy was presented, base on geographical provenance which integrate normal breeding and molecular breeding, sexual breeding and asexual breeding. The technical specification on collection of germplasm reources, provenance test, clonal breeding, cross breeding, mutation breeding, molecular breeding, fine variety breeding and so on for T. wilfordii, were discussed.
