华虻复眼光感受器的昼夜变化

摘　　要：本研究在电镜下观察华虻复眼光感受器在中午和子夜时的超微结构变化。发现复眼中的晶锥、色素细胞、网膜细胞内含物及感杆,在这两个时刻的形态和结构有显著不同。本文并讨论了复眼光感受器结构昼夜变化的功能意义,以及与自然光照的关系。The changes of the ultrastructure of the photoreceptors in the compound eye of horsefly (Tabanus mandarinus) were observed electromicroscopically at both the mid-day and mid-night. We found that there were various structural changes in cones, pigment cells, retinula cells, rhabdomeres at the two different times.The functional significance of the day and night changes of the photoreceptors and their relations to natural light illumination were discussed.
