人体前交叉韧带的应变及截面积研究

摘　　要：在30侧成年尸体膝关节标本上研究了前交叉韧带的动态长度及截面积。前交叉韧带长度随膝关节运动而变化,最大应变19.42％,最大伸长4.65mm。韧带中部截面积为39.95±10.22mm^2。本文为临床治疗前交叉韧带损伤、选择合适的修复和重建材料提供了形态学依据。The strain and transversal area of human anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) were investigated in 30 samples of the knee joint. The length of ACL changes with movement of the knee. The maximum strain and extension are 19.42％ and 4.65mm respectively. The mean transversal area of the ACL is 39.95±10.22mm^2. The resuults of the investigation provide morphological data for reparation and reconstruction of the ACL in clinic.
