摘　　要：基于GSM的GPS车辆定位监控系统是GPS定位技术、GIS技术、无线通信网络、计算机网络等技术集成应用的结果.实现了对车辆的位置状态实时跟踪、报警处理、监控管理等功能。Monitoring syetsem of GPS vahicle Positioner based on GSM is the result of application of GPS Positioning technology, GIS technology,wireless commuaication net work,computer net work, It achieved the function of locating position of the real-time vechicle,alarming and monitoring management .
