摘　　要：利用文献资料法、调查法,通过对健美操特点和作用的阐述,揭示了健美操的内涵文化价值和作用以及在女生学习、生活、身体发育过程中的重要作用,阐明了在女大学生中开展健美操运动的可行性和必要性。The author sets forth the distinguishing features and effects of body-building gymnastics by using document material and investigation method to reveal its connotation ,cultural Value and function, and the important role it plays in study, life and physical growth of girl students. The author explains the feasibility and necessity to develop body-buiding exercise among college girl students.
