第二学历本科对临床护士信息素质的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨第二学历本科对临床护士信息素质的影响。方法:自行设计调查问卷,分两组对第一学历本科83名、第二学历本科349名临床护士进行现场问卷调查。分析第二学历本科对临床护士信息素质的影响。结果:两组临床护士在阅读护理专业期刊、阅读期刊的主要目的、获取信息的主要途径、上网或运用光盘检索文献的能力方面无明显差异(P>0.05),在阅读英文文献能力方面具有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:第二学历本科临床护士具有较强的信息意识和学习能力,重视第二学历本科临床护士信息能力的培训对现阶段护士整体信息素质的提高意义重大。Objective ： To study the impact of undergraduate degree as the second academic qualification on the nurse＇s ability of mastering medical information. Methods ： The self - designed questionnaire was used to make an investigation on 83 nurses with undergraduate degree as the original academic qualification and 349 nurses with undergraduate degree as the second academic qualification. Analyzing the impact of undergraduate degree as the second academic qualification on the nurse＇s ability of mastering medical information. Results： No significant differences were found in the ability of reading nursing magazines, the purpose of reading magazine, the ways to get information and the ability to search literature on internet or using disks between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ） ; there was significant difference in the ability to read English journals （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The nurses whose second academic qualification is undergraduate degree have a strong sense to get information and leaming ability, therefore much attention should be paid to the upgrading of their ability to get information so that the overall quality of the nurses can be improved.
