活体肝移植术11例供体围术期护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨活体肝移植术供体围术期的护理方法。方法：对11例活体肝移植术供体施行精心护理，包括术前安全评估、术前准备、手术前后心理护理、术后病情观察、肝功能监测及护理、营养支持、疼痛护理及预防出血、胆漏、肝功能衰竭等并发症。结果：本组11例均顺利康复，其中1例出现少量膈下积液，经抗炎治疗后好转。供体住院14—30d，平均19d。全部供体均恢复正常生活及日常工作。结论：对活体肝移植术供体术前给予严格评估筛选、围术期实施有效的护理干预是保证供体安全、促进供体康复的重要保证。Objective ： To discuss the methods of perioperative nursing care of the donors for living donor liver transplantation. Methods ： Careful nursing care was given to the 11 donors for living donor liver transplantation, including safety assessment before operation, preoperative preparation, psychological care before and after surgery, postoperative observation on patient＇s condition, liver function monitoring and care, nutritional support, pain care and the prevention of bleeding, bile leakage and complication of liver failure. Results： 11 patients rehabilitated completely. Subphrenie effusion occurred only in one patient, whose condition improved after anti -inflammatory treatment. The donors stayed in hospital from 14 to 30 days, averagely 19 days. All donors returned to normal life and daily work. Conclusion ： The strict preoperative selection and assessment of the donors for living donor liver transplantation and effective perioperative nursing intervention can ensure the safety of donors and promote their recovery.
