摘　　要：目的:探讨电视胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸患者的护理配合方法。方法:对57例自发性气胸患者术前做好心理护理,手术间、器械及物品准备;术中做好手术配合;术后严密观察患者病情变化及恢复情况,做好器械设备养护。结果:本组54例手术成功,2例漏气,1例复发。术后3个月复查CT,无异常。结论:对自发性气胸患者实施电视胸腔镜手术,并做好护理配合及器械养护,可保障手术顺利完成,延长仪器使用寿命。Objective. To discuss the nursing methods of cooperation in video - assisted thoracoscopic treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods： 57 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax were given good preoperative psychological care and operation room, the instruments and devices were fully prepared. Intraoperative nursing cooperation, close postoperative observation on patients＇conditions and improvement as well as conservation of equipments were carried out adequately. Results： The surgery of 54 patients was successful. Air leakage occurred in 2 patients, and recurrence in one patient. The patients had no abnormality after operation for 3 months according to CT diagnosis. Conclusion： For the treatment of patients with spontaneous pneumothorax, video- assisted thoracoscopic surgery combined with good nursing cooperation and conservation of equipments win ensure the successful completion of the surgery and extend the life of equipment.
