摘  要:南水北调中线京石段总干渠沿线穿过许多地表水灌区,根据设计大纲确定的恢复原则,在主体工程中共设置了渠渠交叉建筑物29座。尽管设置了渠渠交叉建筑物,但由于对一些小型渠道以及渠道穿越总干渠后如何与原渠系沟通等问题未能完全落实,相应造成了个别灌区灌溉功能未全部恢复的情况,给群众生产造成了一定影响,使得在工程实施过程中又要花费许多精力去解决。通过京石段灌区恢复的实际,从恢复原则、方案确定等方面提出地表水灌区恢复的处理措施和工作思路,为后续南水北调中线工程处理地表水灌区恢复问题提供有益的借鉴与参考。The main channel crossed much surface water irrigation area in the middle route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project. According to the recovery rules in the design outline, there built 29 cross buildings in this project. Even with these measurements, the function of some irrigation area are not fully recovered because the building problems, which influence the farmers in these irrigation areas. Studying on the practice of the irrigation area recovery, the rules, scheme is put forward to determine treatment measurements and the guideline of the irrigation area recovery
