摘 要:南水北调中线京石段应急供水工程在实施过程中,发现初步设计批复的桥梁数量偏少,按其实施,将给两侧群众生产生活带来极大不便。根据现状交通路网情况及当地政府和沿线群众的呼声,在初步设计批复的交通桥基础上,需要增加一定数量的生产桥。由于桥梁的墩柱侵占总干渠的过水断面,会造成阻水影响而产生水头损失,相应会影响总干渠的输水规模。通过分析桥梁等跨渠建筑物建设对水面线的影响,提出了增加桥梁后,不影响初步设计水面线成果,得出了能够保证总干渠设计输水规模的结论。In the process of implementation of the Jing-Shi section emergent water project of the Mid-Route of South-North Water Transfer Project, and according to the current situation of transportation network and the needs of the local government and people, some certain amounts of bridges are required to increase on the basis of the inspection and agreement of the initial design of related transportation bridges. The pillars of bridges occupied wetted cross-section of the Main Channel led to obstruction of flowing and thus water loss, and correspondingly affected the total volume of water transfer in the Main Route. To guarantee the total volume of water transfer in the Main Channel, it is significantly important to analyze the effects of the bridges and cross-channel building construction on water surface profile.
