摘　　要：目的利用Java Applet技术实现常用Web浏览器对DlCOM图像的支持,从而扩展了Web PACS客户端对医学影像的处理功能。方法首先分析DICOM文件的格式,设计了一个能够获取DICOM图像像素的类,然后再设计两个Applet类,它们均嵌入到显示层页面中,一个用来处理DICOM图像,另一个用来显示前面已处理的DICOM图像,二者通过AppletContext对象进行通讯;结果本文设计的方法,可以使用户在客户端使用普通的Web浏览器直接处理与显示DICOM图像,使Web PACS既具有B/S模式的优点,又具有C/S模式的优点。结论Java Applet是扩展Web PACS中Web浏览器功能的关键,为医学影像的广域共享提供了思路。Objective Use the technique of Java Applet to realize the supporting of DICOM image in ordinary Web browser, thereby to expand the processing function of medical image. Method First analyze the format of DICOM file and design a class which can acquire the pixels, then design two Applet classes, of which one is used to disposal the DICOM image, the other is used to display DICOM image that have been disposaled in the first Applet. They all embedded in the View page, and they communicate by Applet Context object. Result The method designed in this paper can make users display and process DICOM images directly by using ordinary Web browser, which makes Web PACS not only have the advantages of B/S model, but also have the advantages of the C/S model.
