摘　　要：本文介绍了新版欧盟医疗器械警戒系统指南相关内容以及警戒系统中所涉及的各方职责,对我国构建医疗器械警戒系统,强化医疗器械监管工作提供一定的借鉴和参考。This paper introduces the guidelines on medical devices vigilance system of European Commission and the duty of parties involved. It provides reference for establishing medical devices vigilance system and strengthening regulation of medical devices in our country.
