A Computational Study of Wide Electron Beam Focusing with Second Order Approximation for the Electrostatic Systems Having Curvilinear Optical Axes

摘  要:本文对曲线坐标系下的静电宽电子束轨迹方程进一步深入研究,给出了该坐标系下的主轨迹方程以及考虑到二级近似下的曲轴轨迹方程,并将之转换成适合计算的形式,利用同心球系统论证了这种曲轴轨迹计算方法的合理性与可靠性,计算表明同心球近轴与实际轨迹之间、曲轴一级与二级近似下轨迹之间相差约在第五个数量级;由实际管型计算出的像差约在第四个数量级上,这在一般工程应用中是可以忽略的,但在高精度像管计算中却不能将之忽略。The electron trajectory equation of electrostatic wide beam has been researched thoroughly. Equations of curvilinear paraxial trajectories with second order approximation have been derived, and converted into a suitable form for computing. The computational rationality and credibility of curvilinear trajectories are demonstrated by concentric spherical system. There is a difference about fifth order of magnitude between firstand second-order approximate values of curvilinear trajectories, and about fourth order of magnitude between these two aberrations. It can be neglected in general engineering applications, but cannot be neglected in some image tubes requiring high precision.
