摘　　要：针对文献［１］提出的时滞测试能量函数，指出了该时滞测试能量函数在测试生成时可能产生无效测试，且其表达式较复杂。在此基础上构造了新的时滞测试能量函数，克服了文献［１］的时滞测试能量函数的不足。In　this　paper,the　shortcomings　of　the　energy　functions　for　delay　testing　in　Ref.　are　discussed.That　is　the　test　patterns　generated　by　using　the　energy　functions　may　be　invalid　and　the　expressions　of　the　energy　functions　are　rather　complex.On　the　basis　of　the　discussion,new　energy　functions　for　delay　testing　are　presented,which　overcome　the　shortcomings　of　the　energy　funtions　for　delay　testing　in　the　Ref..
