摘　　要：设计了一种工作频率为１２５ｋＨｚ，用于身份识别的非接触式ＩＣ卡。分析了系统结构和工作原理，讨论了非接触式ＩＣ卡的“心脏”——卡内芯片的电路结构。最后，简要地介绍了芯片的版图设计、测试结果及其典型应用。A 125 kHz contactless IC card used as identification card has been developed.The structure of the system and its operational principle are dealt with.The core architecture of the chip in the IC card,especially the RF interface circuit,are discussed.The layout design and test results are presented.Finally,typical applications of the IC card are described in brief.
