摘  要:为了获得具有约瑟夫逊效应的超导弱连接结,我们在YSZ(钇稳定的氧化锆)双晶基片上,制备了高TcGdBa2Cu3O7超导薄膜,晶界夹角为24°和32°两种,采用光刻技术的晶界上刻出不同尺寸的微桥,晶界贯穿桥区而形成双晶结,观测了结的直流1-V特性和在10GHz微波辐照下临界电流的压缩和Shapiro台阶,实验结果证明双晶结具有约瑟夫逊弱连接行为,在实验基础上,对结的特性进行了理论分析,并将双晶结用于光探测获得成功。ln order to obtain the superconducting weak link junction that has Josephson effect , The high Tc Superconducting GdBa2Cu3O thin film bicrystal junction have been fabricated on YSZ bicrystal substrates , the misorientation angle of bicrystal boundary are 24° and 32° respectivily. The samples were patterned using general photolith- graphy technique. The cryseal boundary pass through the centre of junction. The DC I - V charac- teristic and it under microwave irradiction of bicrys- tal junction were measured. The Josephson weak link characteristics were shown by experimental resultes of our bicrystal junction. On the base of experimen- tal the theoretical analysis were performed.
