摘  要:针对指甲花在不同溶剂中溶解性能,以60℃水为溶剂,选择3种方式从天然指甲花中提取指甲花色素,并对羊毛织物进行染色研究。通过二次通用旋转组合设计实验,对羊毛织物进行染色工艺优化。3种方式提取的指甲花色素染色最佳工艺为:①pH值3.9、88℃4、7 min;②pH值3.4、95℃3、5 min;③pH值3.99、5℃、56 min。同等染色条件下,方式2提取的指甲花色素的染色织物色深最高。以优化染色工艺为基础,采用Al3+、Mg2+、Fe2+、Fe3+等媒染剂进行后媒染染色,Fe3+媒染剂的媒染效果最明显。In this paper, based on solubility of henna in different solvents, dyeing process of wool fabrics with henna pigment was studied, by means of three ways to extract henna pigment with 60℃ water. The optimal dyeing process conditions were determined in the quadratic general rotary unitized design. Three optimal dyeing process conditions were 88 ℃, 47 min, pH value 3.9, 95 ℃, 35 min, pH value 3.4, and 95 ℃, 56 min, pH value 3.9, respectively. Under the same dyeing process conditions, the second extracted way obtained the maximum color depth. In the optimal dyeing process conditions, the post-mordant methods of wool fabrics using Al3+ , Mg2+ , Fe2+ , Fe3+ were performed, and Fe3+ mordant showed the most obvious effect of mordant dyeing.
