摘 要:研制了一种小型红外CO2气体分析仪。为了有效消除测量数据的漂移,提出了一种高性能的空间双光路光学探头结构,该探头结构包括一个带有反光镜无窗封装的红外光源,一个开放式气室以及一个红外接收器件。设计了旋转抛物面接收光锥,从而大大提高了分析仪的信噪比。该分析仪未采用采样气泵,而改用扩散方式进行采样,同时光源采用了周期性开关的工作方式,以消除背景杂光的干扰。该分析仪测量范围:0~3%,精度:0.0280%,响应时间:2.5s,体积:80mm(L)×78mm(W)×35mm(H),重量:200g,功耗:1.5W。A small CO2 gas analyzer based on infrared absorption is developed. In order to eliminate the drift of the measurement datum, a space-double-beam optical probe with high performance is presented. The optical system includes an infrared light source with reflector package, an opening gas cell and an infrared receiving device. A rotating paraboloid receiving cone of light is designed, which can enhance the signal-to-noise radio of the analyzer. The sampling pump isn' t be used in the analyzer, while the gas enters the analyzer based on the diffusivity of the gas. At the same time, the infrared light source turns on and off periodically. The measurement range of the analyzer is 0 3%, the accuracy is 0. 028 0%, the response time is 2.5 s, the volume is 80 mm(L)×78 mm(W) ×35 mm( H), the weight is 200 g and the power consumption is 1.5 W.
