摘　　要：介绍了采用C#为编程语言、ArcGIS Engine为开发工具进行长输油气管道地理信息系统的设计与实现。阐述了系统的设计思想、系统的总体设计、功能设计、数据库设计、系统的功能实现,实现了长输油气管道信息的科学化管理。This paper introduces design and realization of the geographic information system for long-distance oil and gas pipelines using C# as programming languge and ArcGIS Engine as development tool.It also formulates the design concept, overall design, function design, database design and function realization of the system. Scientific management of long-distance oil and gas pipeline information has been realized.
