下腔静脉的应用解剖观察

摘　　要：在30具成人尸体上解剖观察了①下腔静脉的起点、各段的外径长度、各段前后方动静脉跨过的情况。②特别是第三段(腔静脉窝段)的形态变化和肝静脉开口的情况。对肝外科手术及超声波检查提供了资料。In 30 adult cadavers (l)the original point of the inferior vena cava and its three segment's shapes, lengths, outer-diameters and valves were studied, the shape of the third segment could be divided into four patterns; (2)the orientation, outer-diameter, and number of the orifice of hepatic vein in the third segment were particularly studied; and(3)the clinical significance were discussed also.
