摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节单髁置换术作为一种微创关节置换手术的临床应用。方法对自2005年1月～2008年11月采用人工单髁置换治疗41例膝关节骨性关节炎单间室病变的适应证、手术方法、术后处理,以及疗效进行总结和随访。结果41例获8～46个月随访,无感染、假体位置不良及松动等并发症。KSS评分由术前48分提高至92分,平均关节活动范围为0°～120.5°。结论人工单髁置换治疗膝关节骨性关节炎单间室病变短期疗效优良,成功的关键在于适应证的把握和手术技术的成熟,其远期疗效仍需观察。Objective To explore the unicompartment arthroplasty as a tool to treat the unicompartment osteoarthritis. Methods 41 patients with unicompartmental osteoarthritis of knee had been treated by unicompartment arthroplasty from 2005 Jan to 2008 Nov patient selection,surgical technique,postoperative treatment,and results were analyzed. Results 41 patients were followed up for S-46 months. No complication occurred. Average KSS score was increased from 48 to 92. The average range of joint activities are 0° -120.5° . Conclusion The short-term and middle-term result of unicompartment arthroplasty for unicompartmental osteoarthritis of knee is excellent. Patient selection and surgical technique are the most important factors of affecting the final result.
