摘  要:采用水热法制备了含Ni介孔分子筛,在常压下用所合成的含Ni介孔分子筛为催化剂通过CVD法制备出管径约为10 nm的多壁纳米碳管。采用X射线粉末衍射、N_2物理吸附、透射电子显微镜等方法对含Ni介孔分子筛进行了表征。所合成的含Ni介孔分子筛的比表面积为811.2 m^2/g,平均孔径为3.64 nm,热稳定性高达800℃。Ni-containing mesoporous molecular sieve was synthesized by a hydrothermal method. Carbon nanotubes were prepared by a chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method using the as-synthesized Ni-eontaining mesoporous molecular sieve as catalyst under normal pressure. The as-prepared samples were characterized by powder X ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and N2 physical adsorption. The results showed that the Ni-eontaining mesoporous molecular sieve had high hydrothermal stability at 800 ℃, had a specific surface area of 811 m2/g and an average pore size of 3.64 nm. In addition, multi-wall carbon nanotubes with a diameter of ca. 10 nm were successfully prepared.
