摘  要:在分析浮法玻璃生产工艺的基础上,建立了玻璃液摊平过程的数学模型。玻璃液与保护气体、锡液之间均存在自由表面,实现界面追踪、重构计算量大,且边界条件给定困难。针对以上问题,兼顾算法的效率与准确性,建立了自由表面标高-SIMPLE计算方法。该方法用经验公式计算玻璃液的实际活动空间,在相应速度和温度边界条件下、采用三维SIMPLE方法计算玻璃液的温度场与速度场。对400吨级锡槽玻璃液摊平过程进行的模拟表明,玻璃液横向温差较大,对玻璃液的抛光与平整不利,需合理布置冷却水包位置以降低玻璃液内部的温差。Based on the analysis of the float glass production technology, a mathematic model of liquid glass in spread process is established. Free surfaces exist between glass, protect gas and liquid tin. Large amount of calculation is required in surface tracing and reconstructing, and the boundary conditions are difficult to determine. Combining the simulation accuracy and efficiency of the method, free surface height marks-SIMPLE Algorithm is established. Actual space of glass is determined by empirical formula, then, corresponding velocity and temperature boundary is determined, and the temperature and velocity field of glass can be calculated by three dimensional SIMPLE Algorithm. The spread process in 400 t/d tin bath is simulated by this method. The temperature field shows that large horizontal temperature difference exists which has negative effect on polishing and smoothing, reasonable arrangement position of cooler is required to reduce the temperature difference in the liquid glass.
