摘 要:应用CFD计算分析软件FLUENT6.3.26,选取标准κ-ε湍流模型和SIMPLE算法,对某型双吸离心泵节能改造前后泵内流道进行三维湍流数值模拟,并与现场采集的实际运行数据进行比较分析。结果表明,节能改造后的双吸离心泵叶轮和蜗壳内流场分布更趋均匀合理,能量损失减少,从而效率有明显提高,并与实测数据基本吻合。同时也证明CFD计算分析结果,可以较准确的显示出泵体内流道的流动特性和规律,对双吸离心泵的性能预测、水力设计和改型优化等具有重要的指导意义。Using CFD computation and analysis software FLUENT6.3.26 to simulate the three-dimensional turbulence flow in a double-suction centrifugal pump which is ameliorated to save energy and select standard κ-ε turbulence model and the SIMPLE algorithm. Finally, compare the simulation data with the scene gathering data. The result indicated that after the energy amelioration, the flow in the double-suction centrifugal-pump is well-distributed and reasonable and the energy loses is less than the past, thus the efficiency is higher and it is consistent with the scene data. It also demonstrated that the CFD analysis result can show the flow characteristic and rule in the double-suction pump accurately, and have important guiding sense to the performance prediction, hydraulic redesign and the energy amelioration of the double-suction pump
