摘  要:目的:探讨脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)在卵泡发育和卵母细胞成熟过程中的作用。方法:采用ELISA法检测PCOS卵泡液中BDNF含量。结果:所有61例标本均检测出BDNF。IVM-PCOS组BDNF最低205 pg/ml、最高804 pg/ml,平均512 pg/ml;IVF-PCOS组BDNF最低540 pg/ml、最高1 303 pg/ml,平均888 pg/ml;IVF-Normal组BDNF最低368 pg/ml、最高1 089 pg/ml,平均734 pg/ml。三组间比较或两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。BDNF水平以IVF-PCOS组最高、IVF-Normal组次之、IVM-PCOS组最低。结论:成熟卵泡颗粒细胞存在BDNF的表达,BDNF可能与卵泡成熟及PCOS的发生发展有关。Objective: To explore the effect of brain -derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) on ovarian follicle development in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) . Methods: The levels of BDNF in follicular fluids of patients with PCOS were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results: The levels of BDNF were detected in all the 61 cases. The level of BDNF in IVM - PCOS group was 205 - 804 pg/ml, 512 pg/ml on average; the level of BDNF in IVF - PCOS group was 540 -1303 pg/ml, 888 pg/ml on average ; the level of BDNF in IVF - Normal group was 368 - 1 089 pg/ml, 734 pg/ml on average, there was significant difference among three groups ( P 〈 0. 001 ) . The highest BDNF level was IVF - PCOS group, the second was IVF - Normal group, the last was IVM - PCOS group. Conclusion : BDNF expresses in mature follicular ceils, which is probably related to follicle maturation and pathogenesis of PCOS.
