摘　　要：目的:探讨三维冠状面成像在诊断子宫畸形合并早期妊娠的应用价值,寻求提高子宫畸形合并早期妊娠诊断准确性的有效方法。方法:对门诊确诊为早孕并可疑子宫畸形要求终止妊娠的93例患者进行常规二维超声扫查,同时行三维冠状切面成像,诊断为子宫畸形合并早期妊娠后,经B超监护下行人工流产手术证实,对照二者子宫畸形合并早期妊娠诊断符合率。结果:三维超声冠状切面均能够在一个平面同时显示子宫外形、宫腔形态、畸形部位及与孕囊着床位置的空间关系,优于二维超声。经二维、三维超声诊断为子宫畸形合并早孕者51例,其中经人工流产手术证实44例,二维超声诊断符合35例,漏诊9例,二维超声诊断符合率79.54%;三维超声诊断符合44例,三维超声诊断符合率100.00%。结论:三维超声能够对子宫冠状切面成像,提供更多有关子宫畸形的声学信息,能更准确诊断子宫畸形合并早期妊娠。Objective： To explore the application value of three - dimensional coronal section imaging in the diagnosis of uterine malformation combined with early pregnancy, seek effective measures to improve the diagnostic accuracy of uterine malformation combined with early pregnancy. Methods： 93 cases suffering from doubtful uterine malformation and diagnosed as early pregnancy were examined by two- dimensional ultrasonic scanning and three -dimensional coronal section imaging, after diagnosed as uterine malformation combined with early pregnancy, induced abortion was carried out, the coincidence rates of uterine malformation combined with early pregnancy were compared. Results ： The three - dimensional ultrasonic coronal section imaging technology was better than two - dimensional ultrasonic technology in revealing the space relationship simultaneously among the outline of uterus, form of uterine cavity, part of malformation and implantation position of gestational sac. 51 cases were diagnosed as uterine malformation combined with early pregnancy by two - dimensional ultrasonic scanning and three -dimensional coronal section imaging, 44 cases were confirmed by induced abortion, the coincidence rate of uterine malformation combined with early pregnancy by two - dimensional ultrasonic scanning was 79.54% （35 cases） ; while the coincidence rate by three- dimensional ultrasonic coronal section imaging technology was 100% （44 cases） . Conclusion： Three -dimensional ultrasonic technology ：can image the coronal section of uterus and provide more acoustic informations about uterine malformation, which may accurately diagnose uterine malformation with early pregnancy.
