华北电网网间交易电量结算方案研究

摘　　要：针对华北电网网间电量交易的复杂性和关口电量计量点设置的实际情况,提出对实际关口电量与计划电量的偏差按交易计划值比例进行分匹的交易电量结算方案,该方案具有计算过程简单、结算结果公正合理的特点。基于该结算方案设计开发的华北电网网间交易电量结算系统已投入实际运行,对华北区域电力市场的建设起到了良好的促进作用。A settlement scheme of transacted electricity quantity was proposed, which divided up the difference between the practical electricity quantity and the scheduled electricity quantity in proportion of the scheduling value of transaction. The settlement scheme has characteristics that the calculation processes are simple and the settlement results are equitable. The transacted electricity quantity set- tlement system of North China Grid based on the settlement scheme has been on practical operation, and it brings a favorable stimulative effect to the foundation of north China regional electricity market.
