摘 要:根据国家电网公司输变电工程典型设计的推广应用要求,简要介绍了变电站二次系统典型设计的编制、调研和专题研究过程。以全寿命周期管理为基本理念,以工程设计和应用为核心,从设计原则、设计范围、技术难点等方面对二次系统典型设计的主要研究内容、技术研究成果及电力工程人员应用中需要注意的关键问题逐一加以说明和诠释;重点阐述了典型设计编制过程、二次设备布置、继电保护接口、基建生产标准统一等内容,有助于电力工程人员对二次系统典型设计的理解。The preparation and study process of typical design for substation secondary system were briefly introduced, according to the application and popularization requirements of typical design for power transmission and transformation projects in SGCC. It was explained that research focuses on typical design and technical achievements of typical design for substation secondary system, including design principles, design scope, and key points, based on the single-line electrical connection diagram in typical design, and based on the idea of Total Life-circle Management, It was also annotated what was the critical questions in application and popularization of typical design. Technology background, equipment arrangement, relay protection interfaces, and how to harmonize the standards of construction and operation departments were expatiated. It will help power engineering technicians comprehend and apply the typical design.
