摘  要:随着我国超高压电网自动化技术水平和管理水平的提高,需要统一变电站防止电气误操作的技术方案,以满足标准统一和运行高效的要求。结合《国家电网公司输变电工程通用设计(110~500kV变电站二次系统部分)》中对全国各地区电网运行的调研结果,对国内500kV变电站防止电气误操作措施的各种方案进行了技术和经济比较,结果表明,采用计算机监控系统实现变电站防电气误操作闭锁功能的方案满足安全可靠、技术先进的要求,可作为国家电网公司输变电工程通用设计的推荐方案。With the fast development of automation technology and management system of Ultra High Voltage ( UHV ) power grid, it is necessary to establish a standardization of anti-maloperation designs, in order to achieve more efficient operation and representative rationalization design model of UHV power grid. According to the research in the "General Design of Power Distribution and Transmission by State Power Grid Corp. of China (secondary system design of 110-500 kV substation)", and comparing with all different kinds of anti-maloperation designs of national 500 kV substations in technical and economic aspects, the design scheme which realize the anti-maloperation of substation by computer monitor system meets the requirement of safety and technical improvement, as the recommend scheme of general design for power distribution and transmission projects in State Grid Corp. of China.
