摘　　要：目前,国内传统的非标设备三辊离心甩丝机仍在沿用七十年代的设计,设计滞后的生产制造技术,普遍存在着各种问题制约着生产。因此,在实际工厂考察的前提下,应用机械现代设计方法,分析了影响甩丝机更新换代的各种问题所在,并作了初步的改进分析,对后续工厂在各自设备改进设计方面提供了理论帮助。Nowadays the design for traditional three roller thread throwing centrifuge at home is still using the design of seventies. The design lag of the modem manufacturing technology, there are the ubiquity of matters restrict the production.So, with the study of actual situation of factories, using the modem mechanical design method, preliminarily analyzes the problem which restrict the centrifuge improvement. Offer certain theoretical basis for the improvement of respective factories machine.
