摘  要:针对船舶机舱综合监测具体应用,依据现场总线技术和工业以太网技术原理,构建了机舱设备信息集中监测的三层网络架构——数据采集层、网络通信层和数据管理层。在充分考虑机舱环境的基础上,采用高性能节能型工业级混合信号微处理器,设计、研制了一款用于机舱设备数据采集的传感器节点,可以实现包括温度在内的多种信号的采集和监测。众多传感器节点与通信模块协调通信,实时休眠,有效节省系统能量消耗,为构建船舶机舱无线传感器网络监测系统奠定了物理基础。According to the special application of ship engine-room integrated monitoring, this paper constructs a three-tier network architecture of engine-room centralized monitoring system, including data collection, communication network and data management layers, which based on the Field Bus and industrial Ethernet technology principles. Considering the concrete engine-room environment, the paper designs and develops a kind of sensor node module adopting a high-performance energy-efficient industrial-grade mixed-signal processor, which can realize the collection and monitoring of temperature and other parameters. The system can save energy consumption effectively by harmonious communications between sensor node modules and monitoring computers, and the realtime dormancy of sensor node modules. The sensor node module developed in the paper can be the groundwork for the research of ship engine-room monitoring systems based on wireless sensor networks.
