摘　　要：传统的数据采集业务的特点是范围局限、封闭式、采集系统重用率低。随着3G时代的到来,依托强大的3G网络,运用面向服务的架构(SOA)的思想将各种采集业务集成到统一的数据采集平台下,能方便地将各种异构的、拥有各自通讯协议的数据采集业务有效地整合。本文介绍了与SOA相关的Web Service、ESB等技术,以此搭建了一个大型的以Web Service作为主要的通信方式、以ESB的相关产品为集成手段的数据采集平台,重点介绍平台中体现SOA思想的模块设计,并针对具体应用设计一套数据采集业务流程。The disadvantages of traditional Data-Acquisition Service are small-scale, close-end and inefficient in reusing of Acquisition System. But we can change this situation with the powerful 3G network. Using the concept of Service Orientated Architecture, All kinds of heterogeneous Data-Acquisition-Services,which have communication protocol respectively,can be integrated into a uniform platform and merger together efficiently . The technology of Web Service, Enterprise Service Bus, etc., which is related to SOA are introduced in this paper, some module of the Data-Acquisition Platform preformed SOA conception are introduced, the main communication is Web Service and the central integration instrument is ESB production. A detail Data-Acquisition Business flow aimed at specifically Application is also designed.
