摘　　要：介绍了基于西门子S7-300系列PLC及WinCC软件的烧结杯试验监控系统的设计,重点阐述了烧结杯试验监控系统的主要功能及实现方式。系统通过VBS脚本语言,实现了串口通讯数据的采集及试验数据的存取。实际应用表明,系统稳定可靠,提高了烧结杯试验参数控制的精度及采集数据的准确性。This paper gives an introduction to the design of the sinter pot test supervisory system based on S7-300PLC and WinCC soft, the main function and the design means of the sinter pot test supervisory system based on WinCC are described in detail. The supervisory system realized the data acquisition with serial communication and the accessing of the test data by VBScript. The practical application showed that the system is steady and reliable,the control precision of test parameter and the accuracy of data acquisition are improved
