摘 要:本文利用15个(30侧)成人颅底标本,观察了颈内动脉海绵窦段4个主要分支的起始、外径、行路及其对海绵窦内脑神经的血供。垂体下动脉的出现率为96.07±3.28%,海绵窦下动脉为93.33±4.60%,脑腊背动脉和小脑幕动脉均为86.67±6.21%。3例小脑幕动脉和2例海绵窦下动脉起自颅外动脉。动脉的起点或行经与窦内其他结构之间存在一些较为恒定的毗邻关系。借助这些关系可快速寻找动脉。窦内脑神经的营养动脉共计75文,每例平均3.26支,平均外径为0.30mm。64.00%(的营养动脉由海绵窦下动脉发出。因此,可认为该动脉为窦内脑神经的主要供血动脉。30 sides of 15 adult specimens were studied on tie origin, outer caliber, course of the 4 main branches of the cavernous segment of the internal carotid artery and the arterial supply of the cranial nerves within the cavernous sinus. The inferior hypophyseal artery presents in 96.67 卤 3.28%, the inferior cavernous sinus artery in 93.33 卤4.60%, the dorsal meningeal artery and the tentorial artery in 86.67 卤6.21% respectively. The tentorial artery of three cases and inferior cavernous sinrs artery of two cases arise from the arteries outside of the skull. There are some constant relationships between the origin, course of these arteries and other structures within the cavernous sinus. According to these relations the arteries can be found easily. The cranial nerves were supplied by 75 nutrient arteries, average 3.26 branches in each specimen. 64% nutrient arteries are originated from the inferior cavernous artery and so this artery may be known as the main resourse for the arterial supply of the cranial nerves within the cavernous sinus.
