摘　　要：从调研中了解到，社会广泛需要IE人才，IE人才比其他专业人员具有适应性较强、综合素质较高等优点，但也存在掌握专业知识的深度和广度不够等问题。针对这一问题，结合社会对综合素质高、更具创造力人才的需求特点，对IE人才素质进行了较详尽的分析，并提出了一些改革思路。It is found that industrial engineers are in great demand as they have stronger adaptability and high quality than other engineers. However, their mastery of professional knowledge cannot meet the social requirements either in depth or in breadth. This article provides a detailed analyss of the quality of IE personnel and some thought on reform of professional training in the light of social requirements for higher comprehensive quality and creativity of talented personnel.
