摘 要:针对常规API套管螺纹在膨胀时不能保持其结构和密封性能的问题,设计了一种端面金属自密封的膨胀套管特殊钩形螺纹结构,根据弹塑性有限元理论,建立了该特殊螺纹的有限元模型,模型结构中包括膨胀锥、膨胀套管及其特殊螺纹结构,研究了膨胀过程中特殊螺纹部分的Von Mises应力分布大小,结果表明该螺纹满足力学要求。分析了套管膨胀后端面金属自密封处的密封性和特殊螺纹部分的密封性,最终提出在预留退刀槽部分设计安装1个橡胶密封圈,增加1个密封圈后,能够保证该特殊钩形螺纹的密封完整性,为膨胀套管特殊螺纹结构设计提供了理论依据。Considering the problem that the normal API casing thread cannot sustain its structure and sealing performance during expansion,the special hook-shaped thread structure of the self-sealed expansion casing of end-surface metal is designed.According to the finite element theory of elastoplasticity,the finite element model of the special thread is established.The model structure contains expansion cone and casing,together with their special thread structure.The distribution of stress of the special thread during expansion is studied.The findings show that the thread satisfies the requirement of mechanics.The sealing performance of the self-sealed place and the special thread of end-surface metal after casing expansion are analyzed.Finally,it is suggested that a rubber sealing ring is designed and installed in the reserved tool escape.After addition of a sealing ring,the sealing integrity of the special hook-shaped thread can be guaranteed,thus providing the theoretical basis for designing the special thread structure of expansion casing.
