摘　　要：依据吉林油田微生物驱的工艺要求,研制了橇装微生物驱成套设备。这种专用设备实现了功能模块化,解决了3泵并联多种介质比例喂入、多泵恒压闭环控制、井组同时多井注入等技术难题,提高了微生物驱现场注入能力。介绍了设备的结构组成与工作原理、自动控制原理以及现场应用情况,总结了其关键技术特点,并指明了下一步的改进方向。According to the technical requirements of Jilin Oilfield for microbial oil displacement,the complete equipment for skid-mounted microbial oil displacement is designed and developed.This kind of special equipment achieves functional modularization,solves the technical problems of three-pump parallel connection multiple media proportion feeding,multiple-pump constant pressure closed loop control and well group simultaneous multiple-well injection,and improves the field injection capacity of microbial oil displacement.The structural components and working mechanism of the equipment,its self-control principle and field application are introduced.Its crucial technical features are summarized and the direction for improvement is indicated.
