摘 要:截取法测量岩心时,人为对岩心造成了损害,测试的数据不可靠。为此,根据API的试验流程和要求,通过模拟井下高温高压条件,基于达西定律和单向渗流场理论,设计了岩心渗透率数据采集及控制系统。它能在不破坏岩心原有性质的情况下,沿岩心径向建立多个测压点,可以直接测出岩心受各种入井流体侵入的深度和程度。其岩心夹持系统主要由外筒、内筒、压盖、加热及控温系统、加压系统等组成,能对多个压力传感器同时进行标定、跟踪,测压精度达0.005 MPa。该成果广泛应用于钻井、完井、堵水、酸化等方面的科研和生产施工中,经济效益和社会效益明显。Considering the problem that the rock core will be damaged when it is measured by interception and the measurement data are unreliable,the data-collection and control system of core permeability is designed.The design of the system refers to the API test procedure and requirement,simulates the downhole high temperature condition,and bases itself on Darcy's law and one-way seepage field theory.It can establish multiple radial pressure-measuring points along the core and directly measure the depth and extent of various injected fluids in the core,without damaging the original nature of the core.The clamping system of the core is composed of outer cylinder,inner cylinder,gland,heating system,temperature control system and pressure system.It can calibrate and trace multiple pressure sensors simultaneously.The testing precision reaches 0.005 MPa.The system has widely been applied in scientific research and production,achieving noticeable economic and social benefits.
