摘  要:为了实现试油井产出液气液分离计量,提高试油井计量的自动化程度,研制出一种试油井新型计量装置。该计量装置主要由气-液旋流分离器、旋进漩涡流量计、电磁流量计、自力调节阀、计算机控制系统等部分组成。装置整体采用橇装式结构,占地面积小,布局紧凑合理,集成度高。现场应用情况表明,该装置实现了液量、气量、含水率的连续测量,测量精度高,总液量计量误差≤5%,达到了设计要求。To achieve the gas-liquid separated measurement of produced fluids of formation testing wells and improve the automation of the measurement,a new type of metering device is developed.The device is mainly composed of gas-liquid cyclone separator,vortex precession flow meter,electromagnetic flow meter,automatic regulating valve and computerized control system.Its whole structure adopts a type of skid-mounted structure,occupying a small area.It has a rational and compact layout and a high integration.The field application shows that the device achieves the continuous measurement of liquid volume,gas volume and water content with high measurement precision,and the measurement error of the total liquid volume is less than five percent,reaching the requirement of design.
